Led the redesign of Penfeds’ online form applications (i.e personal loans, credit cards) by creating custom illustrations that would humanize the brand, simplify the user’s journey and create a memorable conversation. Regularly gauged team spirit through “design thinking” sessions and ensured team mobilization by identifying the core issues in the creative process and implementing effective solutions to resolve them.

Developed concepts, wireframes and visual designs for the web-based marketing teams, which assisted them in converting web traffic into sale leads and transactions. Created well structured HTML and CSS to develop responsive web pages and functions for a variety of campaigns, which enabled the marketing team to meet company objectives.

Directed the creative team on the procedures of developing a rich internet application for Hair Cuttery, which increased the online engagement value by 24.55%. Used in-depth knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to composite graphics for web, mobile, and print for all Ratner brands. (Hair Cuttery, Bubbles, Cibu, Salon Cielo)

Used knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite to produce designs for promotions, advertisements, and instructional materials for the Siteworx marketing team. Created intuitive design solutions for websites, mobile devices, business systems, and other applications under the direction of my art director. Identified opportunities for innovation, and designed a variety of comps for PBS, AOL Help, Hollywood Casino, CAS, and PBGC.
